Mary Brewer, is the President of Exelcomm Commercial Advisors, Inc and a Colorado Real Estate Broker. For 30 years Mary has actively participated in the representation of owner/clients in development, construction management, property management, leasing and brokerage of commercial and medical properties in Denver.
Exelcomm Commercial Advisors, Inc. was established in 1993 and provided commercial/medical property management and maintenance services in Denver. It added commercial janitorial services in 2000 and in 2005 a mortgage division.
Mary provides the personal training necessary in today’s complex real estate market, for her staff and other real estate professionals. Compliance with the Colorado Real Estate Commission regulations along with continuing education and ethical standards is strictly adhered to. She has successfully managed, leased and/or sold every property she has been involved with. Her success encompasses over eight million square feet of properties in the Denver Metro Area.
Specializing in healthcare real estate, her understanding of the issues facing medical and dental professionals has lead to the practical approach and philosophy she takes. Her success in physician leasing and property management is substantial as recognized by leading physicians in Denver.
Mary was recognized In 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007 by the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and The Denver Business Journal as one of Denver’s top real estate producers. Exelcomm is one of Denver’s Top 100 Business Women Companies.
Her involvement in Denver’s community includes an appointment in 2004 to Secretary on the Board of the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation where she served for over six years. She served on a committee with the Mental Health America Colorado Board.
Recently she founded a non-profit organization, Mother Mary’s Sober Homes, providing a safe sober living environment for people suffering with substance abuse.

Jennifer joined Exelcomm Commercial Advisors in 1994. She has been involved with all aspects of commercial real estate finance and management. Jennifer brings to every project the responsible detail that each owner needs and deserves. The depth of her knowledge and understanding of real estate accounting and her proficient use of our property management software, Skyline, gives every owner/client the assurance and satisfaction that their project is scrutinized and accounted for with the professionalism they need and expect.
Jennifer’s responsibilities include all operations of our financial department and Human Resource Department. She ensures that our 45 + employees receive the benefits and resources that our company offers. She stays abreast of the latest rules and regulations surrounding employees, employment law and payroll and benefits.
Jennifer serves on the Kemp Foundation Board and is actively involved with Mother Mary’ Sober Homes. She has been instrumental with the Colorado Family Classic; a/k/a The Stadium Stampede. Her 7 years of volunteerism has contributed to the success of the kick-off party.
Her knowledge and dedication to the company make her a valuable asset to Exelcomm and each client that we serve.

Joyce is the controller for both companies. She customizes all financial records to the owner’s specifications and incorporates these requirements with all existing procedures. Offering personalized interaction with clients and tenants, she creates a unique service oriented environment that is well responded to. Her supervisory management style is a hands-on-approach giving her the ability to quickly solve problems and strengthen tenant/client relations. She successfully oversees all properties, making sure that deadlines are met, and that everyone involved with the project performs at the highest level possible. She approaches each project with an attitude of excellence because her goal is perfection.

Thomas Kinnevy is the Vice President of the mortgage brokerage department. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from the Colorado State University.
Thomas has over 10 years of commercial real estate lending experience. He has executed financing for hotels, multi-family, mixed use, office, medical office, mobile home parks, and retail properties.
His knowledge of market conditions, as well as the variety of available financing programs, has made the investor experience easily accessible and understandable.

He has over 10 years of experience with CJM, starting as a technician in the field. He was promoted to dispatch in 2000 and quickly learned all aspects of the company. In 2001 he was promoted to the Vice President.
Degreed and certified in mechanical technologies, he operates the maintenance department effectively and efficiently. He oversees the heating and air conditioning systems, structural and roofing systems, tenant finish, parking lot integrity and the routine day-to-day repairs of each property.
He is an essential part of the maintenance and janitorial company holding a special relationship with every tenant and has a vast knowledge and understanding of all building systems. Chris saved a client thousands of dollars in a parking structure modification due to his knowledge of structural systems. He not only handles after hour emergency calls but also dispatches our staff of maintenance personnel to each property.
His responsibilities include all aspects of operations and quality control. He is also involved with marketing and developing new business opportunities.
Chris handles all IT functions for both Exelcomm Commercial Advisors and CJM. Implementing and directing the IT aspects of the company.
Chris serves on the Mother Mary’s Sober Homes committee and is active with the maintenance of homes in the non-profit organization.
